I'm so excited about this new product! I already use Searchie for my membership and courses, and this will be like having a personal assistant there 24/7 to answer all the questions without my personally needing to be there! I can't wait to try it out on my own Searchie library!

@venkat_ashish Hi Venkat thank you for your support! I think @mrferraccioli said it best here: https://www.producthunt.com/post... But I will reiterate the gist of what's happening behind the scenes. "... content is processed and prepared using Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) to transcripts. We leverage OpenAI for NPL, embedding and vectorization across the library and store this in an index. When a user queries the content, we leverage GPT to serve up the response. We preprocess a number of things to provide additional prompts and accuracy in responses."
