GFGF – Get Free Games Forum

Hey Product Hunt! 👋

I'm an indie developer from Vietnam, and I wanted to share something I've been working on.

It started with a pretty simple frustration: I'd occasionally discover that a game I wanted had been free on Epic or Steam, only to realize I'd missed the giveaway by a day or two.

So I built GFGF (Get Free Games Forum), a small website that brings free game deals from different platforms together.

At first, that was the entire plan.

But while building it, I started thinking it'd be nice to have a place where gamers could do more than just grab a free game and leave.

So I kept adding things.

There's now a community forum, public chat rooms, private messaging, friend requests, and an XP system where members can level up and unlock profile frames and effects.

A few things worth mentioning:

• You can browse game deals without creating an account.

• Joining the community is completely free.

• The website supports multiple languages.

• It's still an early project, and I'm actively improving it based on feedback.

The community is pretty small right now, so the chat rooms can be a little quiet. 😅

I'm not trying to build the next Steam. I just wanted to make something useful for people who enjoy PC gaming and finding free games.
