I just launched ZoneMentale, a French blog about SEO, AI and distribution
I recently launched ZoneMentale, a French blog focused on SEO, AI, and distribution.
It’s in French for now, but I plan to make it multilingual over time.
One thing I keep noticing is that a lot of highly technical people do not have a skill problem.
They have a visibility problem.
They know how to build, solve hard problems, and create solid products.
But visibility is a different game.
You can be technically strong and still get very little attention if your positioning is unclear, your message is too complex, or your work is not presented in a simple and memorable way.
That is one of the reasons I started ZoneMentale: to think more deeply about SEO, AI, distribution, and why strong work so often stays invisible.
I’m still early, so I’d genuinely love feedback from people here:
Why do you think so many strong technical builders struggle with visibility?
Curious to hear how builders here think about visibility vs product quality.

Thanks for reading.
The more I look at technical products, the more I think visibility is often a positioning and distribution problem more than a skill problem.
Curious to hear how people here see the balance between building and getting attention.
