If you could only see ONE screen before deciding whether to research a property

I've been thinking about this while working on FixerFlip.

Imagine you're scrolling through properties and you only get one screen of information.

No 15-tab research session.

No giant spreadsheet.

What absolutely has to be there?

Purchase price?
Estimated resale value?
Renovation range?
Rental potential?
Comparable sales?
Something else?

I'm curious what different investors consider essential versus “nice to have.”
