Will AI be the end of consulting?

We’ve been quietly working on some new improvements for Escape Velocity AI, and I wanted to share a quick update.

For those who don’t know it yet: Escape Velocity AI is like having a strategy consultant in your browser. It helps founders, solo operators, and corporate professionals structure business plans, test assumptions, and make more confident decisions, without the steep costs of traditional consulting.

The product grew out of years in consulting, where I kept noticing patterns: the same frameworks, the same structures, the same repeatable logic. That’s what we’re now turning into software.

Right now, we’re in the middle of user interviews and feedback gathering, so the platform is free to use. The goal is simple: figure out what feels valuable, what’s missing, and how we can shape it around real user needs.
