Hardest problem:
The hardest part we re solving right now is making the AI genuinely useful to the rep not just producing another generic meeting summary. The output needs to understand the buyer, the conversation, and what should actually happen next.

We're getting comfortable letting agents read everything - inbox, calendar, docs, etc. But letting one actually pay for something feels like a different line to cross.
