Some metrics are obvious, like reply rate and conversions. But I'm wondering if we're measuring the right things.
If you were evaluating this change, which metrics would matter most?
Time to first meaningful reply?
Qualified leads?
Conversation completion?
Customer satisfaction?
Something else?

It started when I learned how much of trucking isn't driving: IFTA fuel taxes tracked by hand, receipts in shoeboxes, brokers who ghost on payment, quarterly filings built from sticky notes. So I've been building the back office: automatic per-state GPS mileage for IFTA, receipt + expense tracking, invoicing, FMCSA broker lookups before you book a load, route weather with air quality, and a live driver chat. It's free right now while in beta, and every feature so far came from a real driver complaint. Happy to swap notes with anyone building for blue-collar .I think they're the most underserved users in software. What's everyone else working on?
I kept opening YouTube for one tutorial and closing the tab 40 minutes later having watched three unrelated videos I didn't plan on. The infinite feed is optimised for watch time, not for what I actually came there to do.
So I built NoSuggest, a free open-source PWA that strips recommendations, Shorts, and auto-play, leaving just the channels you deliberately follow. Nothing tracked, nothing monetised, no premium tier.
