I built something I use every day, and it's made for everyday people to use too

A lot of people pay for AI subscriptions but don't actually earn any money from them. They aren't in jobs that require heavy AI use, but they constantly see others profiting from it and feel left behind. What can we build for them?

I started thinking about this and noticed a dedicated niche of people who monitor the web for sweepstakes, freebies, and coupons. Many of these opportunities are actually buried in YouTube videos creators drop limited-time discount links or "first 100 users" giveaways right in their content.

So, I built an AI monitoring system (luckengine). It lets you track your favorite, most trusted YouTube channels. The AI automatically analyzes the entire video the second it's uploaded, hunting for any hidden opportunities (discounts, coupons, giveaways). As soon as it finds one, it pings you in the app dashboard and via Discord.

Since launching, I've realized YouTube is just the beginning and I plan to expand to other platforms. Right now, I'm struggling to find an audience and I'm currently my only user but I honestly love it.

The Smart Companion app for Technology and Cloud Professionals.

I m Rohan, a Solutions Architect. After working across multiple cloud providers, I kept running into the same problem: comparing services, pricing, and architecture options across clouds is scattered across docs and calculators.

So I built CloudCompare.online.

CloudCompare lets you compare 7 major cloud providers AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, Alibaba, IBM, and Huawei in one place, including pricing, features, use cases, and TCO.

You can also design logical and physical architectures, get AI-powered architecture recommendations, share designs with the community, generate executive cloud reports, and track regions and outages in near real time.

I built a one-keystroke thought catcher for Mac because I kept losing ideas

I'm Arun. I make small Mac apps on the side.

Honestly this one came out of pure frustration. I'd be mid-task and some tiny thought would show up, a bug to note, a line for an email I'd been avoiding, and to save it I had to stop, open a notes app, and lose my place. Most of the time I just didn't bother and figured I'd remember later. I never did.

Pagelink — A Free Link Bio Tool That Actually Looks Premium

Hey Product Hunt
I m YJ, founder of PageLink. Excited (and honestly a little nervous) to share this with you today.

The problem: every link in bio tool I tried made my page look like everyone else s. Same templates, same layout, same here are my links stack even on paid plans. Your bio page is often the first real impression someone gets of your brand, and it felt like a missed opportunity.

Why I m building this: as a developer, I kept noticing creator bio pages that were just walls of links. Fifteen identical buttons stacked vertically, no hierarchy, no emphasis, no breathing room. Visitors stay for three seconds if everything looks equally important, nothing is. I wanted creators to actually curate: highlight a product, feature a newsletter signup, group related links, add spacing, create flow. Not just add another link to the pile.

What we built: PageLink gives you a genuinely branded page full control over typography, colors, layout, and structure plus the revenue driving essentials built in from day one: products, payment links, and newsletter capture. No upsells, no paywalls around the basics.

I made a daily word game where you don't find out if you won until tomorrow. brutal or brilliant?

Quick one: I'd love honest feedback on a single feature I've been obsessing over: Verbatim, the daily word game inside Skimify News.

How it works:

  • Everyone gets the same 5 clues. Each is a definition you pick the right word from close, confusable options.

  • Your 5 answers assemble into a real sentence pulled from today's news.

  • One locked-in attempt, no changing a pick.

  • The twist: unlike Wordle, you don't find out how you did until the next day's drop.

I'm genuinely torn on a few calls and want your gut reaction:

Event rental businesses

I m validating a micro-SaaS idea for event rental businesses.

The problem I keep seeing is this: when rented furniture or event equipment comes back damaged, incomplete, or in worse condition than expected, documenting it properly, assigning responsibility, and recovering the cost is often manual, slow, and frustrating.

I m exploring a lightweight tool focused on helping rental operators:

  • record item condition at handoff and return

  • keep clear evidence of item status

  • reduce disputes and back-and-forth

  • cut admin time for small and mid-sized rental teams

Three indie launches, one theme: less noise, more control (community, time-tracking, menus)

Hey PH

I've been heads-down building a few things that, looking back, all scratch the same itch: modern software has gotten noisy, scattered, and weirdly hard to own. Here are three launches, in the order they're closest to my heart right now I've put a discussion question at the bottom and would genuinely love your feedback.

1. RinGuard one calm, invite-only home for your whole community
Most communities live across five WhatsApp groups and a half-dead Facebook page. Important stuff gets buried, nobody's sure who's actually a member, and the same questions get asked every week. RinGuard pulls it into one ad-free, no-algorithm space: events + RSVPs, topic channels, a members directory, a local guide, and a marketplace with tiered access so the right people see the right things.

2. Koppl privacy-first time tracking you can self-host (even on a Pi)
Most time-tracking tools park your team's attendance data on a cloud server, usually outside the EU. Koppl flips that: run it as a managed service in German data centers, or self-host it entirely on your own hardware. Mobile GPS check-in/out, breaks and shifts, leave requests, CSV exports, auto-checkout, and built-in DE/CH/AT/NL labor-law compliance.

We beat Google, ChatGPT and every major LLM for one specific thing.

Brand intelligence.
Here's the truth nobody talks about: When you ask Google or ChatGPT about your brand sentiment - you get SEO articles. Press releases. Curated content.
What you DON'T get is what people actually think.
- The angry customer on Reddit.
- The non-viral complaint thread on X.
- The sarcastic review buried in a YouTube comment.
- The real conversation happening right now about your brand.
Google optimizes for rankings. ChatGPT summarizes what's already indexed.
Neither of them tells you what your audience actually feels.
Awshar AI does.
We go beyond search results and surface the real sentiment - unfiltered, unranked, unspun. Every mention. Every review. Every opinion. Across 7+ platforms in real time.
And with Ask Delishia - you don't need dashboards or reports.
Just ask:
"What do people really think about our new product?"
"Where is negative sentiment spiking today?"
"What are competitors being criticized for this week?"
Instant answers. Real data. Zero SEO noise. This is what brand intelligence actually looks like.
