Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Zahoor, one of the founders of Votap.
...Like most startups, Votap started pretty scrappy. A lot of late nights, second-guessing, building things that break, fixing them, and slowly figuring out what actually matters to users. This isn t a polished big company launch. It s very much a real product built by a small team trying to learn fast and build something useful.
We built Votap because politics affects almost every part of our lives: cost of living, housing, work, safety, opportunity. Yet for most of us, our actual influence feels close to zero outside of elections every few years. That disconnect never sat right with us.
Votap is our attempt to close that gap. It s a simple way to express how you feel about politicians in real time and see how public sentiment shifts live through charts. No waiting years between elections. Just ongoing feedback.
Launching on Product Hunt matters a lot to us because early adopters here don t just click and disappear. You ask tough questions. You spot flaws. You suggest features we didn t think of. That feedback is genuinely how early products get better, and we re here to learn.
🚀 Road to 1,000,000 #Votap users — Day 15 | Current: 127

I ve been thinking a lot about how people actually want to engage with politics without reading long articles or arguing in comments.
BuilderOS, journey to fund public research on global correlations.
Back in November I built GARI. Global Alert Relay Interface.
That gave birth to KIRA and CORA but irrelevant here.
I always intended to make GARI a free public research terminal, and it is.
(currently down, dont have time between this launch and my 9-5)
However I knew money was quickly going to be a factor, and that day came sooner than later. The plan was to make a product, overstuff it with features because its free, and sell it far under market value. How could anyone say no right?
Well here it is, BuilderOS, using to fund my research.

Thank you for everyone who has supported me along the way.
I really look forward to seeing what I can accomplish.
I just built my first Next.js app with AI assistance. Feedback wanted! 👋
Hi everyone,
I'm a new indie developer currently learning to code with AI assistance.
I realized that many existing online line counter tools are either ugly or full of ads. So, I decided to build my own as a practice project.

I'm Teaching My SEO Clients How to Fire Me. Am I Insane?
Ten years ago, I dropped out of studying Analytical Chemistry at a Kenyan University because I couldn't see a future in it.
I looked for any Analytical Chemists I could find in the country, but couldn't find any. Plus, we are an agriculture-based economy. So what was the point? It felt like time-wasting.
Broke, desperate, I started doing iWriter content gigs. I had never written before, but I always felt I would be a great teacher in another life, so I figured I'd try.
Got decent at writing. Then discovered SEO paid way better. So I turned to YouTube university, spending late nights, learning on the job.
The problem is that in 2015, no Kenyan companies cared about SEO. So I pulled spreadsheets, listed small US companies, and sent a simple pitch: "Make your company 24-hours. While you work, I sleep; while you sleep, I work." Timezone arbitrage.
How do you deal with tab chaos while working?
Hey PH folks
I am continually getting caught in the same pattern: I start working on something with good intentions... and 30 minutes later I am overwhelmed with tabs scattered in 3, 4 different contexts (work, learning, "quick research, " distractions). It is the switching back and forth between contexts that really gets to me, not the tasks themselves.
So, I decided to implement a very simple rule: one window per goal.
Founder Introduction: Fighting "Survey Fatigue" with AI (and why NPS is broken)
Hi Product Hunt!
I m the co-founder of SeekWhy.ai, but before that, I was a technical lead who sat through too many "All-Hands" meetings where management tried to explain away a bad NPS score.
I realized that traditional surveys are broken because they give you a number (e.g., "7/10") but zero context. HR teams end up over-correcting for a "loud minority" while ignoring the "silent majority" because manual follow-up doesn't scale.
What I m building: We ve built an AI-first platform that uses an AI agent to dynamically "interview" employees during the survey. If one person mentions a specific friction point, the AI cross-validates it with the next person in real-time. It s the first tool that can actually tell you: "Is this 3 people or 300?"
visualizing life instead of tracking it, thoughts?
heya folks
we're working on Visualife, an AI life agent built around visualization. (iOS app available for now)
The idea is to help people see how different parts of their life connect like time, habits, mood, health, goals, spending, instead of just tracking them in isolation.
What’s missing from today’s calendar and scheduling tools?
A lot of teams rely on tools like Calendly or Cal.com for scheduling.
From your experience, what feels most limiting or frustrating about the tools you use today, if anything?
Could be pricing, customization, workflows, integrations, availability rules, or something else entirely.
We are building Kalendar.work - it's completely, free and what's even more interesting about it is that you can use the platform we used to build it to vibecode any feature you want.
