I’ve been very happy with Shadow, both this release and the prior one. Having Shadow in the background has saved me a few times when our standard meeting notetaker wasn’t added to the meeting; I was able to pull up notes quickly and add some detail from the transcription.
Also, Jay is awesome and responds to user concerns and feedback.

It doesn't just store thoughts. It connects them. I've used dozens of tools, but this is the first one that genuinely surfaces insights I forgot I even had. It's fast, frictionless, would love to have the speaker identifier improve, but overall transcript is very accurate.
