Shakepay is a robbery company. Sophie has been emailing me for 10 days that their company sent $1000 into my RBC bank account and money never was in my account. When I asked Shakepay to give me sending information they just said we can't go and ask RBC where my money is. They are thief and liar and wasted my time.

TERRIBLE DESIGN FLAW - If you send coins to the wrong blockchain (but right address, BEP vs ERC), typically you can recover them with most wallets, but not with Shakepay. They do not provide "Seed Phrases" or "Private Keys" so you are unable to import your wallet to another wallet you own to keep everything together. This would allow you to recover Tokens you sent on the wrong Blockchain via importing Shakepay to a wallet that supports whatever Blockchain you need. So although this seems like a very simple Crypto app for new users, because it doesn't seem suited to people with experience due to it's limitations, it is really good for neither. The mistake mentioned above is very easy to do if you ever plan to explore out of the simple world of the 2 currencies offered on Shake, which are only Bitcoin and Ethereum.
