@tatiana_elm thank you for taking the time off your day to write this question. Our plan is to work closely with firms that are 'gear heavy' and see value in our tool. We love how productive we are with shipping updates lately so we are up for a fun ride. The user growth won't be explosive, but the value created for firms will be large. At the moment, having tons of fun talking with users and making the product better. We keep a close eye on what the usage of the tool is. We are discovering interesting insights from usage patterns. For now, we want to grow by features and testimonials. Ideally at some point do some SEO and get some nice reviews!

@shushant_lakhyani that is the vision! Even companies that deploy a lot of IT assets to their workforce can benefit from this. Imagine - you have to do a company asset inventory and found that there are 1000s of $ worth of machinery/technology/equipment missing. Who is to blame? Hopefully Shelf won't blame anyone but avoid the finger pointing dance all along!

Hey @ifranchini ! Asset tracking and management is a need I have, as my team is becoming more and more remote/hybrid. I need to empower everyone to do their best work by giving them good equipment, as well as an ergonomic workspace. This has to be managed somehow. An excel list was ok but it felt harder to manage than building an ecosystem in which we all can see, book, rent, and request assets from the company. This has been valuable to other firms from the short period we are online, and it makes me super happy. So far, the most value has been extracted by the event production / film production industry. They have tons of assets that belong to a 'gear room' and need to be used by many. Imagine, having a double booking for a whole film kit? That can be a disaster!
