Love the concept. Gamifying productivity is such a natural way to motivate and recognize individuals. Your philosophy resonates with my IC and Managerial personalities. Contributors don't want to be micromanaged, managers don't want to slog through performance reviews. Very rare to see products like this that appeal to both.

I've been a beta user for Shram for last 2 months to manage my team, and I gotta admit, it is unlike any other Project Management or Team Management tool out there.

The bagdes, the work summaries, the progress bar (which always stays red for me T_T)
there are so many things to make the perfect sense of what's going on with the team!

@hanna_plotnitskaya hey Hanna you have asked an important question. We don’t have any timers, as they dont completely solve the problem of tracking hours. Instead Shram has a flexible system to adding hours or requesting extended hours in a very simplified way. We will be happy to show you over a personal demo :)
