In a world of recurring payments,I am sending it to our financial department to have a look!

Nice! This is exactly what we need as we start to track all our tools and the mobile onboarding was really simple. Only thing I’d love to see is a security/lock symbol and some copy about how the data is stored on the page where you enter your bank details. That would elevate the safety feeling πŸ™‚

Beautiful product! Quick question -- I on-boarded and started filtering things, but noticed that the data only goes back a few months instead of going back to Jan 2017. I changed the date view but it looks like the transactions aren't being pulled in. Am I doing something wrong?
Gerry Giacoman Colyer
@itsevanwalden Thanks Evan! You're probably doing everything correctly. The good news is that once you sync your dashboard will continue getting fresh data. Depending on a number of factors - including the accounting system or financial accounts that you use - our ability to quickly get older historical data will vary. There are also varying hard limits on how far back the sync can go. In your case, it seems like currently the oldest transaction is from late Jan 2017. It's likely that our sync has been able to pull additional historical data for you since a few days ago. If you're still not seeing all the transactions you think you should, can you please shoot us a message to track@siftery.com? Our team will look into it.

Hey guys, this is my first time using financial software, so I do not have a Xero account or Quickbooks account, I have tried to find a bank that we use but can not find (Vietcombank, Vietnam) Please activate the account for me. Thank you, buddys!!

@phucfl Thanks for stopping by! Currently, we're only able to support non-U.S. or Canada financial institution via an accounting system or ad hoc integrations (for enterprise customers). However, good news for you - we're currently working on supporting global bank accounts. Stay tuned for the announcement within a few weeks (you'll get it if you have signed up for Track, even if you haven't been able to sync an account).
