This product is outstanding. As a website developer, working since 1999, Simple Commenter works flawlessly by allowing my clients to easily visit their site, log into Simple Commenter (for security, which is optional), and click exactly on the item or area that they want to give me feedback on. It's amazing. My clients love it for the simplicity. I love it because it keeps everything in one place and gets rid of the problem with people trying to describe "where" on the website that they want something changed or added, etc. If you aren't using it yet, I highly recommend giving it a try. I'm sure you'll find it to be one of your primary tools. Keep up the good work Aleksander. I'm loving Simple Commenter. -Gary Gordon
I've been using it for a relatively short time, but it's changed my perspective on providing feedback, for example, when creating websites or landing pages.
Another interesting, though still experimental, solution is commenting on files (images, PDFs). I haven't tested this yet and haven't had a chance to use it in my work.
@jaceksynowiec Indeed, same for me. I don't do much client work myself, but one game up recently. The tool made feedback a breeze.
I think the PDF and file commenting needs a bit more work to make it really intuitive

simple Commenter has been a huge help for my business. The name says it all. especially "simple" I've tried similar products in the past and they end up being too confusing and then my clients wont use it. Not the case with Simple Commenter. One of the best solutions I've ever bought.
Congrats on the launch! Simple Commenter is a game changer for client feedback.

This addresses a universal pain point. The back-and-forth over email and PDF markups is incredibly inefficient. Giving clients a one-click way to leave comments directly on the live site is such a logical solution. It removes the ambiguity of trying to describe where an issue is. The script installation seems straightforward enough. Well done.
@alexis_rodriguez12 Thanks, not sure if you're a real person though :D PH and Linkedin photos don't quite match

My developers love this tool - half the battle is getting the client to clearly state what they want.

Has been working great for simple workflows. Easy-peezy. No need to get clients to sign-up to another platform. Everything is marked-up right on their sites. Can be easily hidden behind a login.

This app has become my daily essential.

Like it's name suggest - it's a simple, straightforward commenting tool for visual design feedback. So glad I found this tool! It solves my problem of getting client's feedback on Squarespace sites. But I've also started using this tool on other website builders as well.
The interface is easy enough for even the most tech-challenged clients to navigate after I recorded a 2-minute walk-through
The script is easy enough to implement and remove
I can still access archived comments via Simple Commenter dashboard.

@sincere_copy Super, glad to hear :)
Have you considered adding AI support to SimpleCommenter, either directly or by adding your own code, e.g., the OpenAI API❓
So you can work with the comment list to achieve effects like these:
- Comment summary
- A nicely formatted list that can be sent via email
- A list of comments sorted by user
- Possibility of custom prompting in the Chat window, etc.
🤔
Users comment in different ways, and this would allow for the collection of comments in a condensed, understandable format using AI.
