I'm curious how far in a typical student's piano journey you intend to accompany them?
I've been playing since I was four, and to be honest, I can't remember at all what it was like to learn music. I wonder whether this type of visual aid can be like training wheels / a crutch (e.g. at some point does it hold students back from developing their own ear and ability to self assess?)

Had the chance to try it and it blew my mind! Since the app sees your hands and your piano it can give you feedback not only if you are playing the right notes, but also if you're using proper hand positions.
Feels like Vision Pro was made specifically for applications like this.
