At Skinive we want to raise awareness of fight against skin diseases and provide people with simple&affordable solution for their early detection. Skinive helps users monitor skin's health by analyzing images of moles, rash, spots and other issues.

@jessie_1 Huh, great question! I have a Chinese Crested dog - it's bald and has moles. I've been testing how Skinive works on the dog's skin for the sake of interest and I will say it looks like it works )) Of course we haven't clinically validated the abnormalities on the dog's skin and I wouldn't trust these results yet - I think it will be a great challenge in the future 👍🏻

Very cool telehealth app with an important mission! How does Skinive go about recommending treatment or prescribing care? Are you investing in options to partner with insurance companies to offer for free or at a reduced cost through insurance to policy holders? Can't wait to try it once available in the US.

@elissa_craig Thank you for your positive feedback on our idea and interesting questions. Let me answer them: 1. Skinive does not prescribe treatment: only a doctor can do this duty by law now. Skinive gives an assessment of the risk of disease and, if a risk is identified, advises which doctor to consult and 2. Yes, we are committed to ensuring that Skinive's AI screening and online consultation services are covered by insurance. 3. we are making sure our app is available worldwide 🕊
