How about integrating machine learning to analyze a lead's online behaviour and adjust outreach strategies dynamically? In-depth Analytics Dashboard: Comprehensive insights on outreach performance can greatly influence strategy refinements. Consider diving deeper into user behaviour analytics, showing both macro and micro-level outreach metrics. Lastly, I'm curious about your smart sequences. How do they adapt over a campaign's duration based on user responses? Would love to delve deeper into that! Fantastic innovation!

While we do have an in-depth analytics dashboard (for example analytics by sequence steps and messages A/B testing), for now, we integrated personalization on a macro level mirrored in Image & GIF personalization, some text variables, and Smart sequences. Regarding Smart sequences: You can create a Smart sequence with if/else conditions combined with LinkedIn and email outreach steps. Here is how one sequence can look like: https://skylead.io/smart-sequenc... So you see, Skylead personalizes outreach depending on the lead's behavior thanks to the if/else condition - whether they accepted a connection request or opened an email. In other words, it's following the personalized outreach path for every lead from the campaign list. If you have any other questions, feel free to let me know. 😊
