It sounds interesting, but my watch doesn't usually last more than a day with normal use. Usually, I charge it at night.

@sebastianingino I put my watch on to charge when I'm getting ready for bed and then put it back on before I go to sleep. Seems to work well and I keep a full charge.
Sounds cool. Just skeptical of any apps I've never heard of that I have to pay to try.

In my opinion, this app is not worth paying. Cause on Android there is similar tracker installed on the phone already (although not sure about iPhone). However, overall idea to use sleep tracker in clock is dope.

It's only $3. Worth trying for that. I wonder how it compares to AutoSleep.

It's sad that it's not available in Portugal, just like Dark Sky and some other apps that **I'd gladly pay** to have. Any chance to change this? :shrug:

I've used a handful of these sleep tracking apps since getting an Apple Watch a few months ago. My current favorite is Pillow, which presents your sleep stats with really nice charts/graphs, but requires you to manually start/stop tracking. This app looks like it provides equally helpful stats, but WITH auto-sleep tracking. If I can also export my sleep data with this (say to csv) we could have ourselves a new champion!

I love this product and I can truly tell you that I feel better and more focus everyday because of Sleepwatch. It's Heart Rate Dip measurement gives me insight and tips to get more restful sleep. Just by having dinner and alcohol a bit earlier every evening, cut down my coffee by one cup and walk a bit more often ( I even start jumping rope :) ). I find it quite amusing to see how the placebo effect has moved from drugs to electronics. People actually saying they are more focused, productive and whatnot after they use an app. Hilarious. Take pen and paper, write down when you go to bed and when you wake up... That's it. There is no need for an app to give you numbers about something your body has been doing for thousands of years and something it does really well. Yes, sleep!
