I've been using Slite for a few months and the team has been great ! Quickly answering feedback and taking it into account. The product as well as the tech platform is on a steady pace of amelioration !

Pros:

One place, Many colleagues, All the notes

Cons:

Not yet mobile, but it will come in time

I've been looking for the perfect note-taking app for years, with no luck. So far, the best I found is Typora but that has no organizational features. I'm going to try Slite and see if it's what I've been looking for.😊

Congrats @christophepas and team. I am a huge fan of Slite (apparently among the most active users). Slite is super useful, easy from the first use, great tool to collaborate. Nice UX, pretty. I highly recommend using! Way better than Onenote. new features I would love : tables, color coding and the app ! and : slack integration. Keep up the awesome job guys. Cheers

any integration to slack?
Pierre Renaudin
@shay_bloch Sure thing, we have a Slack integration to push a note as a Slack post into the Slack channel of your choice

We had been looking for a solution that helps us document and share our company's policies, standards, guidelines, procedures/processes by allowing all departments to contribute to the documentation. We were considering Wikimedia but we had to rebuild a big part of it to fit with our needs.

Slite is really easy to use with simple yet rich interface. We didn't need to worry about formatting, which saved us from styling inconsistency across the documentation. We could also embed videos, code snippets, images, etc.

We've mapped our departments/teams over channels similarly to what we've done for Asana and Slack and gave permissions to the respective teams. It would be great if they could add user groups, this way we wouldn't need to add new comers one-by-one.

We fell in love with how easy is it to make referencing to other documents and mentioning other people. It would be great if they could allow same-document referencing as we tend to create an index at the top of lengthy documents.

Last but not least, I believe Slite has solved a problem we were facing. Their support team responds very quickly; they're friendly, helpful and seem to have big plans for the future and we'd love to be part of it =)

Pros:

It has everything we need for our procedures & knowledge base documentation

Cons:

Allow users to add styling profiles of their own by extending the default

I was looking for a note app that needed to be simple, light, and useful. But I needed most was a system that could let me work with my team flawlessly, quickly and nicely!

Pros:

So easy to use! It as replaced all my notes apps since day one!

Cons:

It's improving very fast, but their Are still a few glitches that will be corrected quickly

Pierre Renaudin
We will work hard to remove this (little) glitches. Thanks for the review

Hi Peeps,

I had the chance to be one of the first users of Slite, we are now more than 20 active users across Sales, CS, Marketing and Product teams @Mention.

Slite is a super simple notes app and one unique place where employees can collaborate and share information. You can decide who is admin, who can edit, etc - so useful to control the information.

It's similar to slack which makes everything is easy to find.

@Mention we are using Slite to share all our templates, product features, meeting notes, sales pitch, on-boarding documentation, lead qualifications, useful links, product ideas and more..

We've been seduced by the simplicity of the tool.

Longue vie à Slite! Congrat's!

Pros:

Responsive + Ease of Use + Collaborative

Cons:

Phone APP and Offline Access (will come soon) :-)

I have been using Slite on a daily basis for a month with my teammates and I can say it rocks ! Evernote and other note apps I was used to have become souvenirs :)

Pros:

Real time collaboration, fluid onboarding, awesome UX, nice history view, comments

Cons:

no mobile app yet but I heard it is coming , lack of search filters

Pierre Renaudin
Sure thing, the search filters will come in the upcoming weeks, duely noted ;)

Using Slite since private beta, moved from OneNote which was clunkier and not intuitively organized. Very happy with it for sure!

Pros:

Simple way to organize everything: just as intuitive as Slack. Slick design, easy-to-use textpad. It just works, for everyone in the team.

Cons:

Sometimes a bit slow to load. But these are just growing pains! Team seems to be working very hard, they are pushing updates by the hour.

Pierre Renaudin
We will provide in the upcoming months tools to enable import from existing tool. OneNote has been noted has one ;)
