I tried Hootsuite and Buffer and my last one was MeetEdgar, an expensive option and while it was cute it just didn't meet my needs. Then I found SmarterQueue. It's easy, visual, logical, and it works. Set up is a breeze and support are responsive. Social media has become so much easier as a result and way more effective.
Pros:
Fabulous platform! I've been using it for most of this year. Repost, queue, put on autopilot once set up, what's not to like
@elizabetharper thanks for the great review! It's always helpful to hear what people like about the tool, and especially to hear that it's made a difference to your social media! ❤️

This is all I use to schedule for social media. I switched from a competitor after Twitter changed some rules and the competitor had no idea what to do. SQ had a valid, rule-following solution within a day or two. I feel like the people behind it really know what they're doing. Support is quick and helpful. They keep adding new features.
@blogaliving that's great to hear that we're all you need! We're going to keep adding and improving even more (and adjusting to the ever-changing rules!) Thanks for sharing the ❤️

I have been using SmarterQueue since they were in Beta and have written about it numerous times on my blog. I love what they have built and I moved over to using them from Edgar early on because I was frustrated with Edgars pricing vs the features they didn't develop. I like that SmarterQueue has added variations and I am playing with them currently (which helps to comply with Twitter's repeat content rules).
However what I would love to see is even more control over variations so we can create even more of them at once. If you could insert more than one text snippet type + a category for hashtags + a caetgory for emojis then that, combined with the current option for text + images will give you infinite combinations! I hope that this can come soon as I can still see that I will have to spend a bit of time checking them and changing them once they hit a repeat in the cycle. Emojis and hashtags would give me way more scope! But so far it's a great tool and I am sure it will continue to improve. Well worth ditching Edgar and going with this tool - you'll be able to achieve more and have more $$$ in your pocket.
Pros:
Awesome content recycyling and variations. Great analytics. Easy to find content to share or migrate content. Always adding features.
Cons:
Emojis for variations doesn't include search and favourites. Can't add hashtags or emojis as a variation set or extra text snippets.
@sociallysorted Hi Donna, Thanks so much for leaving this great review. It's really helpful to see all your thoughts on the new variations feature which I've shared with the rest of the team. We're always trying to improve, so do keep sharing your feedback. Thanks for ditching Edgar for SmarterQueue 😺
@sociallysorted Hi Donna,
thanks for the review, and especially the feedback about how you think Variations could be improved. I'll follow up with you to get a better picture of how you would want it to work, but I think what you're asking for is do-able, and would be very helpful! Only caveat is that simply changing hashtags/emojis between variations may not be enough to avoid being seen as duplicate content by Twitter's algorithms
Hi Anthony, Thanks for the detailed review and being such a loyal customer. We'd love to hear exactly what improvements you'd like to see with the UI as this is currently something we're working on. Would you have time to get in touch with your thoughts on what you'd like to see via https://smarterqueue.com/contact? Thanks, Sarah 😺
@anthonybosschem glad you find it powerful and the stats are useful. As a photographer myself, I've always wanted to make SmarterQueue even better-looking, and I've hired two new UX/UI designers last month just for that - as @slw57 said, drop us a message with feedback about what you think needs improving, and we'll take all your thoughts on board!

I love this service. I recommend it highly and often, because after using several other services, I've found no others to compare with their price, features, and reports. You need this!
Pros:
I tell everyone about SmarterQueue. It has the best features and the best price!
@mikayla_kayne Thanks for the kind words, Mikayla! And for sharing the love with others 😺

As a blogger, I was feeling overwhelmed by keeping up with regularly posting and promoting content to followers on Twitter, Facebook, etc. SmarterQueue has enabled me to put these platforms on autopilot without sacrificing quality. I tested several of their competitors, including AgoraPulse, Hootsuite, and Revive Old Post, and SmarterQueue was the only one that had all the features I wanted/needed, an intuitive user experience, and as a bonus it was one of the cheapest options, so it's affordable even for a blogger just starting out (which I very much appreciated)! I've been using SmarterQueue for about 6 months now with no plans to stop.
@aionhill good to hear that recycling is one of your key needs - hope the Product Hunt offer gives you plenty of time to check everything out!

Pros:
multiple scheduling queues, alternate text for retweets, built-in graphics
@tglatz Hi Tami, thanks for the great review. Really glad SmarterQueue is working out for you managing multiple clients. Thanks for being a loyal customer 😺
