@christin_koehler We absolutely agree with you on that point, Christin! We're actively developing that feature. Meanwhile, you can include your booking link in the response, and Snoooz can automatically include the person's name and email. This way, they won't need to fill out a form to book again.

However, our launch aims to gather user feedback, and we're planning to expand our channels by integrating with Twilio, providing voice, SMS, and WhatsApp support.
