Sortd for Gmail - Trello for Gmail - Transform your email into organized lists

Sortd is the world's first Productivity Suite for Gmail. Unlike Asana, Monday.com, Trello or Tables by Google, who primarily focus on Internal collaboration, Sortd is capable of managing both Internal & External collaboration with deep email integration.

@waynesilby Love this concept. Great work! Before I give this a go, I'm curious if plays nicely with other gmail extensions. Specifically, streak and cirrus insights (sf.com plugin)?
Wayne Silbermann
@joerguy We try to be as compatible with other extensions as possible, but unfortunately we can't make any guarantees. It's a long list and in many cases they aren't compatible with each other. It doesn't make any permanent changes though and we've tried to keep Sortd as isolated as possible, so I would encourage you to try it and see if there are any features that it doesn't play well with. Would also appreciate your feeedback on that by the way. If you find that there are conflicts that prevent them from working well together you can just disable / uninstall the extension, or if you want to use them all 'simultaneously' you can install Sortd on a different Chrome profile (https://support.google.com/chrom...).

Love it. Great, clean interface. Perfect combination of manual tasks, notes and email sorting. Could serve as a complete workflow and task manager engine. Will nevertheless be difficult to separate its use from my trello. Currently some performance problems, but it's a private beta, isn't it ,)

@rossi_kkundk Thanks. Yes it is still in Private Beta. We're very hard at work to solve the performance issues, which typically only surface when there is a large influx of traffic - so you can thank Product Hunt for that :) Re Trello - no reason not to use them both. I use Trello myself, but I need to manage my email either way, so doing it Trello-style works great for me...

I just started using Sortd and spent a little time cleaning up my inbox. So far, so good. It would be good to have it on mobile so I can really use it as a active to do list.

@ladyhoov The Sortd mobile app is in early stage Beta. We hope to get it to a lot more people soon, but in the mean time if you want to apply for the mobile Beta you can do that here: https://sortd.typeform.com/to/Gk...

This is exactly what I was looking for. I'm tired of hitting "unread" and holding emails in my inbox until I can address them. The ability to set alerts and reminders will prove invaluable. I hope it lives up to my expectations.

Hopefully its just me, but the SUBMIT btn was inactive.

Just started using Sortd. It is like my life has color now.

So I've been using Sortd for 3 months and it is literally changing my life in email. I am still mastering the various elements and finding out what works best for me. I'm good at filing emails in a column, but fail to set reminders and notes which is now becoming a favourite feature. As I work across a number of clients at once it helps prioritise. Is there a plan to allow for additional tasks to be added to the colums? Not all my tasks come through an email so I'm still sitting with an email and other to do list at present. Will there be a plan to create a calendar view like Podio provides? This would be great for plotting out daily work streams.

It's great! Wish I had more colors to choose from (for marking a task), but it allows for a nice kanban board in your email with flow. WELL DONE! The world was missing this. Also, a phone app would be nice when you guys are ready.
Nadja Schnetzler
can you only make 4 lists or is it possible to have more?
Jorge Melgar
Very neat! this is great. I find it a little slow on running on a windows machine but not sure if this could be the reason.
