Hey everyone 👋
I built Soulo because I was stuck in my own head.
I used to journal on and off for years, but if I’m being honest, I was mostly just repeating the same thoughts. Same patterns. Same overthinking loops. Nothing really changed.
I even tried therapy for a bit, but it felt hard to maintain — expensive, and every time I switched, I had to start my story all over again.
What I really needed was something that could: – let me express thoughts instantly (not type them)
– actually understand what I’ve been going through over time
– help me spot patterns instead of just venting
That’s why I built Soulo.
It’s a voice-first journaling app where you can just speak your thoughts, and over time it helps you reflect, connect dots, and understand yourself better.
The most interesting part for me has been seeing my own patterns show up — things I didn’t even realize I was repeating.
It’s still early, and I’m continuously improving it (yes, the chat can be a bit slow sometimes 😅), but I’d genuinely love your feedback.
