I have to say this is a promising competitor to Superhuman mail. I never could understand the $30/month cost of Superhuman and love that Spark is coming for them with this redesign and competitive pricing. It was only a matter of time. In fairness to Superhuman, they did a fantastic job with building the product and the hype that they did. Spark needed that push to become better and I think this is the right direction. Looking forward to being a subscriber!

Downloaded Spark 3 yesterday, and so far I'm happy with the clean redesign of the beautiful home screen schedules. I find that I don't have to access the sidebar that much, and as with Spark 2, I can easily click a collection of emails as done. There are four ways to deal with emails in Spark to get to Inbox Zero: Click Done, Set Aside, Snooze, Pin, or Delete. That's it. And I really appreciate that all my Done emails are hidden away until I want to look at them: no distracting folders, old email lists, or obtrusive buttons. I'll definitely subscribe to the premium version.
