Great idea. Love the minimalistic UX and design orientation which is cutting through red tape. Kinda like you know the incident just call the guy. MSTeams support can be a big plus.

I have signed up for Spike.sh ; look forward to using it and will provide feedback. Btw in the past, I have used PagerDuty which I found very useful but was expensive.
