YC mentioned AI-native agencies for Spring 2026 and we're already seeing this shift with customers
YC mentioning AI-native agencies really resonated with us.
We started Starnus as a self-serve product. But pretty quickly, founders started asking us to help them run it too.
That happened enough times that it became clear this was not random.
A lot of people do not just want software.
They want an expert by their side.
But they do not want the cost, complexity, or commitment of hiring a full team or paying for a heavy agency setup.
That is why this trend feels real to us.
AI is making it possible to offer that kind of support in a much more scalable and affordable way than before.
That is also a big part of why we started building Starnus Managed Service.
We now run full outbound for founders starting from $600/month, and the demand has been strong enough that it became a real part of our business.
YC saw the wave early again… how many steps ahead are these guys? 😅

It's a very interesting that YC also mentioned this
Starnus
@khashayar_mansourizadeh1 They really are a few steps ahead.

@ayda_golahmadi It seems Starnus did this before they announce, or at least at the same time :D
The "expert by their side" insight is spot on. People don't want to become experts themselves; they just want the result an expert would deliver.
Did you find the self-serve version still works for certain customer types, or did everyone migrate to managed?
Starnus
@ruxandra_mazilu Yes, self-serve still works for some users, especially the more hands-on ones.
But we also saw a clear group that did not just want the tool, they wanted an expert beside them to help them move faster and get it right. That is really what pushed managed service forward for us.
