Thanks for being here today, here's a short video: https://youtu.be/drucCIlZaMY Or an even shorter answer: There's an archetype that appears often in movies where two different characters meet, and they slowly reach their hands out to each other contemplating the possibility of working together. Harry Potter & Buckbeak, Hiccup & Toothless, Mandalorian & Baby Yoda. That pattern of two different characters reaching out to each other to potentially join up together into a larger shared story, that's something I call an "Elkadeo" and my company helps build tools and resources to help people experience "The Elkadeo Way" in work and life. 😊
