Excited to see Streak 3! The potential for Streak is incredible and my team has enjoyed using it so far. Auto boxing saves so much time. Is there any way to end auto boxing after a certain date? For example, after a prospect becomes a client we only want to group emails that are from the sales cycle? Keep up the great work 😁
@zach1taylor1 great question - we don't have that functionality yet. If we did, and you set autoboxing starting a certain date, would you want autoboxing to turn off on other boxes as well?
@aloo Thanks for getting back to me! To give you some context, we communicate frequently with customers after they have made it through the sales cycle and are official customers. The nature of our business includes 100s of emails to customer every year. The challenge I am currently facing with Streak auto boxing is that all of the emails post sales cycle (when prospect has become a client) clutter out the emails sent during the sales cycle. I want to be able to only store the sales related emails in Streak, however. It would be great to have a switch to stop auto boxing for specific boxes after that prospect has become a client or perhaps once that prospect is moved into the Closed WON stage. Alternatively, manually adding a date for each box would also work as the date would be specific to each customer and when they became a client. Does that help answer your question?

I first began using Streak at a previous job, nearly 3 years ago. The company was running a US wide sales effort, and I was able to learn both the Streak CRM as well as how we utilized it before the morning was over. At my current job, I pitched that we use Streak as a pipeline given the amount of problems we were having with our other CRM. Not only did Streak provide an immediate solution for a fraction of the price, it increased my team's functionality and situational awareness at least three-fold.
I highly urge anyone who enjoys simplicity, efficiency and quality to inquire how Streak can benefit you and your company. This is truly a fantastic product, and it will save you and your team from the many technological migraines that are so common with CRMs.

We are new to Streak, so I’m not yet able to give a full account of the experience, but I do have a concern with one of the newest features, as exemplified by the “Domique” case in the demo video. We deal with distributors on several projects at once, meaning, in this case, that Dominique’s emails will be associated to several projects. I would not want to have all of the past and future correspondance with her be linked to only one project. Thoughts?
@integritysales You can add "Dominique" to as many deals as you like and email will be pulled into all of them. If you want to pick and choose which emails go into which deals then you'd have to add them manually one at a time.

I have been using streak for almost around a year now. And, must say, you guys have done some brilliant work in making this seamless CRM closely integrated with Gmail.
Last week, we were doing some planning to automate and streamline our sales process and that's where I've given a detailed walkthrough of Streak CRM to all C-level execs and my peers in the sales & marketing team.
And, day before yesterday we bought the PRO plan for our entire team.
PS: The only worry I've is that it slows down our gmail as the lead count increases. Hope your team will fix this soon otherwise very soon it'll become headache rather than ease.
Streak has been my favorite CRM for Gmail for years. Excited to see new updates!

This was already a great product, even though I barely know how to use all of the features and functionality. But this latest version puts Streak in a class by itself for an awesome CRM and Sales Management tool to use with GMail and other Google apps. Love this company and this product, but need to take time to watch videos and learn how to use this powerful app.
