I've integrated with Stripe Connect a couple times now, most recently with the most complex setup yet (couldn't use automatic payouts from Stripe to bank), but the documentation is usually great and the product is super powerful.

Stripe Connect is a wonderful product for marketplaces that significantly reduces development & implementation time. We use Stripe Connect at RARE Art to provide payouts to our artists, and I particularly love how Stripe can handle payments end-to-end for our business.
**Pros**
- 3 types of accounts (Standard/Express/Custom) that offer UX/UI flexibility
- 3 formats for charges (Direct/Destination/Separate) to offer end-customers transparency and the right after-sales support
- Payments & payouts consolidated in the Stripe dashboard, so you have 1 "operating system" for all payment flows in your business
- Comprehensive (and beautiful) product documentation in addition to a detailed API reference guide, so Product & ENG teams have clear guidance
**Cons**
- Stripe Express is only available in US (& now Canada). For most marketplaces, Express is best bc it handles onboarding/user dashboard/user reporting compliantly for your sellers. We've had to build a 2nd solution for non-US/CAN sellers, because we're not ready for a full Custom implementation.
All-in-all I highly recommend this product, and really enjoy building on top of Stripe. :)
