Sunsama - If Trello & Google Calendar had a baby.

Couldn't live without my Sunsama. It is like my digital Moleskine. I frequently retreat to a notebook or notepad after being overwhelmed with my kanban board because it never tells me what I'm doing *today*. Sunsama helped me with this. Everytime I get lost in the infinite amount of tasks (even in a sprint) I look at Sunsama and breathe a sigh of relief.

- #Channels act like Projects, and you can view Tasks by Channel - Backlog - ingenious feature allows you to set a Task to Backlog so you don't lose it but it is filtered off your calendar = less clutter Over the years I have tried dozens of Task manager apps, maybe more. Everyone is some kind of tradeoff and Sunsama is not different but it's simplicity along with its calendar integration really stand out for me. I just upgraded to PRO after 1 week of use.

Pros:

Making a task manager that is a skin for your Google Cal instead of your inbox is brilliant imo.

Cons:

- waiting for #tags and custom views

I've used nearly every popular workflow and product management tool ever made- no exaggeration. This was the first one that actually introduced me to the product via live meeting. Corinna is a fantastic asset and helped me to customize the platform to fit my needs. She also provided me with the information I needed to integrate Sunsama with many of the other tools that I currently use separately. I've found that when a product is young, you can really get a sense of where the company's priorities lie. This one was both customer-centered and designed to improve with use. I love the easy daily views and being able to create separate channels that align with my company's Slack accounts. Definitely a great experience so far!

Sunsama is the holy grail of task management. I love how it gets you to focus on the tasks that you need to get done, allows you to move tasks into your Google Cal, and time how long task take. The channels are very cool too; finally makes calendar color coding work.

Great Idea. I like functionality but location of the blocks can be improved.

Just stumbled across this as it integrates with ClickUp. Loving it so far. Worth checking out.
