As somebody that works from home and sometimes forgets to go outside and get some dedicated sunlight, this app is the best thing I’ve come across especially for cities like Toronto where you can go months without seeing the sun, this helps remind and track your exposure. Now one of my staple apps in my fitness stack.

Loved the early days of it and absolutely love this crazy upgrade of a version. Presh truly cares about making things that bring you further and this app really shows that. I live in Germany and we don't get a lot of sunlight this time of the year + a lot of clouds, so this is a godsend. Couldn't recommend it more!
