This is the kind of BI shift teams have been waiting for.

Kudos on the launch 🎉

Rishika Sharma

@ansh_deb  Most definitely! We’d love to hear what you found most interesting about Supaboard, and what we could do to make it even better.

Big day for the team, this feels like a thoughtful evolution of BI 🥳
Rishika Sharma

@inderpreet_singh1  Indeed, it is. With progress happening in every other category, it’s high time business intelligence gets the development it has long deserved.

We’ll keep working day and night to make that happen 💪

Curious Kitty
When someone evaluates you against modern BI (Looker/Tableau/Power BI) plus “AI add-ons,” what’s the strongest reason to switch? This is a pretty crowded space, what makes you stand out?
Rishika Sharma

@curiouskitty Yes, the BI market is crowded, but there are still major gaps, and that’s exactly why we built Supaboard.

We’ve consistently seen

  • SMEs and executives stuck with delayed insights because traditional BI requires technical expertise.

  • Teams struggling to understand the business because their data is scattered across 10+ tools.

  • Generic AI tools that give answers, but the outputs aren’t reliable or accurate enough to make real decisions.

Supaboard is designed to close these gaps, and we’re seeing businesses switch for precisely these reasons.

Also, If you’ve noticed any other gaps in the BI space that we haven’t addressed, we’d love your feedback. It would mean a lot to our entire team.

This could save me so much time. Right now, every time I need data answers, it's either "learn SQL" or "wait for someone technical" - neither is great when you're trying to make quick decisions. How does it handle nuanced questions? Like "show me trends but exclude outliers from that weird week in March"?

Rishika Sharma

@klara_minarikova Loved your question. Let me explain this with an example,

Let’s say someone asks: “Show me trends, but exclude outliers from that weird week in March.”

Step 1: Connect your data sources
Users first connect the sources that power the output, for example:

  • Data warehouses: Snowflake, BigQuery (and others)

  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL

  • Product + revenue: Shopify, Stripe

  • CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce

  • Marketing + ads: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads (and more)

  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4

  • Spreadsheets/accounting: Google Sheets, QuickBooks

Step 2: Associate data with an agent (one-time)
You map these sources to an agent and, if needed, add your business logic. This setup is typically done once.

Step 3: Ask in AI Chat (Deep Dive mode)
Then you ask your question in AI Chat using Deep Dive. Supaboard returns insights and suggested charts, which you can pin to a dashboard that updates in real time.

Example (multi-source):
Imagine you connect Shopify (revenue) + Google Ads (spend) + GA4 (sessions / conversion rate), then ask:

“Show weekly revenue trends for March, but exclude the weird week where tracking broke. Also show ROAS without that week.”

Supaboard will typically:

  1. Build a weekly time-series trend for March.

  2. Exclude the specified week (e.g., Mar 10–Mar 16) or apply an outlier rule—depending on what you mean by “outliers.”

  3. Recalculate metrics like revenue, spend, and ROAS on the cleaned data.

  4. Return charts + filters so you can adjust the excluded window without rewriting anything.

I hope this was helpful. Please provide your feedback on how we can improve the product

Klara Minarikova

@rishika_sharma9 Perfect, the Deep Dive example makes it clear. Being able to handle "that weird week" type context is exactly what I needed to know. Multi-source setup looks straightforward. Thanks for walking through it!

Syed Mustassim

This is good stuff! When you say the agents follow our business logic, does this mean that the AI learns from the company data that is uploaded or do I have to configure rules/prompts?

Aritra Ghosh

Hi @mustassim, thanks for your comment!

It can be a mix of both. If you have a website, SOPs, or perhaps a launch strategy, simply upload them to Knowledge, our agents will proactively query them when relevant to your question.

Add Rules or Evals (with finetuning), and Supaboard ensures agents always follow them, we won't deliver a response unless they pass.

Think of Knowledge as proactive context and Rules/Evals as reactive safeguards.

Syed Mustassim

@aritra_ghosh6 thank you for clarifying! So after the initial setup one can train agents on business specific metrics (CAC, how we define churn etc) to get more accurate insights? How long does this usually take if we're considering an SME?

Aritra Ghosh

@mustassim Here's what you can expect:

  • Sign up and connect your data

    • Data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.) → almost instant

    • Apps (Salesforce, Stripe, HubSpot, etc.) → usually 5–45 minutes

  • First-time setup / learning phase

    • Tool scans and understands your tables & data

    • Takes 5–30 minutes (small data) up to 1–3 hours (very large/complex schemas) → This happens only once at the beginning

  • After that, everything is fast

    • Add or change rules, business logic, guardrails, approved formats, rejection patterns, etc.

    • Changes apply immediately (usually in seconds)

    • You can test new queries right away and see the effect instantly

We have multiple paying enterprise clients right now who are using exactly this.

Shubham Pratap Singh

Congratulations on the launch 🎉 🎉

Rishika Sharma

@shubham_pratap  thank you, Shubham. Please let me know which feature is most useful for you, or if you think we can improve something, once you are done exploring the product.

Umar Lateef

Congrats on the launch, @rishika_sharma9 ! 🙌

Love the idea of just asking questions in plain English and getting actual answers from your data. No SQL, no waiting around, just insights. Really cool stuff, excited to try it out!

Rishika Sharma

@umar_lateef  Thank you so much for trying it out. I’m glad you liked the idea.

We’ve seen many businesses face this problem firsthand, and each of us on the team has, at some point, struggled with not getting insights on time, getting the wrong insights, or finding BI tools hard to understand. That’s why providing insights in plain english felt like a no-brainer for us.

Thanks again for the appreciation; it means a lot to our whole team.

Salim Boujaddi

Congrats on the launch, looks great! Curious about scalability. Have you tested how it performs with millions of documents?

Rishika Sharma

@imbjdd Loved your question. Yes, we’ve tested the product with beta users from our ICP, including datasets with millions of rows. We’re also monitoring performance daily and continuously looking for ways to improve.

We’d love to hear what you liked most about the product and especially what you think we can do better.

Elior

Congrats on the launch! Supaboard’s agentic BI and 600+ data sources look game-changing.

Rishika Sharma

@zeiki_yu Loved your comment, thank you for the good wishes. And yes, you’re absolutely right: Agents help businesses get accurate insights, and with Supaboard, you can connect your stack from 600+ data sources to build a single source of truth.

We’d love to hear your feedback on the product. What do you think we should improve?

Piroune Balachandran

600+ connectors is table stakes now. Custom agents that encode business logic before generating answers... that's the part most NL-to-SQL tools skip entirely. They give you fast, confident, wrong results because there's no governance layer. Supaboard baking that in by default is the right call.

Aritra Ghosh

Hi @piroune_balachandran, this is exactly what we realized when we launched last time. That's why we rebuilt the product with one target to make really accurate answers possible.

Our guardrails are baked into the core agents so when you set up a rule or a eval our answers will have to pass them in order to be a valid response.

That being said I love to hear your feedback on how this works for you and if there is anything we can do to make Supaboard more valuable for you.
