I love the way that the Instant Reply feature provides three options to choose from, and it's super easy to use keyboard shortcuts to select the one I want, and then edit it. Great job!

I don't know if I've ever had just what I needed presented at just the right time in the way that instant reply was presented to me today. I needed to write a quick message saying I was going to be a couple minutes late as I was rushing to a meeting. Instant reply enabled me to send that pretty routine message with my intent accurately in one-tap. Excellent work pairing app layer and ml layer roadmaps to bring that to life in such a delightful way. Great work Superhuman team and @rahulvohra !

I've been using Superhuman for about 3 months now and overall really enjoy it. I've rethought how I use email, with reminders and getting things out of my immediate attention. However, I've found that the AI doesn't quite get my tone right - it's maybe the most formal version of me, but it often uses words that I don't. Is there anyway to customize the AI to be more like me when writing?
