Love it Roy! For those of us who are not crypto experts but may hold a BTC here and there, this is a great product as we simply have NO IDEA how to navigate such a space with incredible noise.

AskSurf.ai is a platform that provides AI-powered crypto research, market analysis, and trading recommendations. It aims to help users cut through the "crypto noise" and obtain quick, meaningful insights. The platform combines the research analysis trading cycle in one place.

Product Launch: The platform was launched this year on Product Hunt. On its launch page, it’s described as an AI agent powered by real-time social sentiment + blockchain data. In addition, users can discuss fundamental crypto concepts (such as RWA, stablecoins, etc.) in a simple and well-sourced manner.

Hey Roy, I joined Surf and have been checking out the product. I was really impressed, so I went ahead and signed up for the annual 'Max' plan.

The problem is, my account is still on the free plan—it never upgraded. I already submitted a ticket through the website 4 days ago, but I haven't heard back from anyone.

So I'm reaching out here hoping you can help. Could you please look into this as soon as possible?

Really interesting direction with combining sentiment + on-chain data in one place. Curious how you balance signal vs noise when interpreting sentiment feeds — especially since some tokens move out of phase with market sentiment?

Also wondering how users react to the execution side: does the integrated trading feel intuitive or overwhelming for new users?

We’re building a crypto insights layer focused on explanation-first clarity rather than alerts, so really appreciate any perspective on how your users talk about clarity vs flashiness.

This looks really cool!

Wonder if it could benefit from fetching ML-derived datapoints for expected volatility across the crypto market
