Interestingly, Swit doesn't have to use Slack chat or Trello project separately while working, and the chat and project are well connected as one. Despite many other add-ons, the pricing policy seems to be cost-wise better than using both.

Already using another project management tool at work. I just wanna use the chat in Swit 2.0. Any tips?
@new_user__3392023d92dd47b185f52cf You can definitely start with the chat-only plan. Just select this plan during the initial setup of your organization. Which project management tool are you currently using? I'd be happy to provide cost comparisons and support data migration if needed.
@new_user__312202319b53df92f927f88 The goal of Swit 1.0 was to minimize the inefficiencies that stem from constantly switching between single-function work tools. Swit 2.0 takes that mission a step further by also minimizing tab-switching within our own product - this includes quick access to all workspaces from one screen, threaded notifications, related tasks and saved items across workspaces, and much more!

We used to use Slack and Trello combination: Slack for chat and Trello for tasks. This combination was a disaster because they did not communicate each other. So, I was just busy with checking notifications from Slack and Trello without getting anything done. I bet you know what I am talking about! Then, my client told me about Swit--a tool that combines chat and task. So, I gave it a try. OMG! This was the tool that I was looking for! Swit allows me to move between chat, task, and even different workflows maintaining context and data! I am so happy with this tool and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to reduce unnecessary app switchings!
@emma_brown12 Your experience resonates with many who have faced the challenges of using separate tools for chat and tasks. It's fantastic to hear that Swit has been a game-changer for you, seamlessly combining chat and task management. Maintaining context and data across different workflows is precisely what Swit is designed to do.
