@markb_vo No, we have a different process for reviewing performance in our company. It sounds a bit challenging to change our review process unless they offer consulting services. However, I've used the Org feature quite effectively for "management" purposes. I'm grouping every project and functional team in Org so that they can see who they are collaborating with and mention a group of stakeholders at once. It helps us communicate with the right person in a new project.

@markb_vo @iram_moreno We personally use and like OKRs, but it definitely takes time to learn and adjust to. We suggest getting used to Swit first and you can consider Goals in the future once you feel comfortable with our Channels, Projects, and integrations!

@iram_moreno Great to hear about the positive impact of the Org feature in Swit! In terms of our experience, one challenge we've encountered was dealing with an overload of SaaS tools and the associated costs. Interestingly, it seems Swit has the potential to address this issue, offering a significant cost reduction. It appears we can cut off almost 90% of the costs

@teddy_lee5 By combining chat and tasks into one platform, you have one set of clickable notifications across all of your important work context. Using Swit also does not require you to separately set up notifications between Channels and Projects as they are available by default. Our notifications also consolidate across all of your workspaces into easily managed threads.
