@jimsrand @tony_anastasi Thanks for the security question, since that's under my purview I'll answer. All data (voice, API,presence, etc) in our network travels over a secure connection. We implement security best practices such as salted passwords, asset isolation, audits, IPS and IDS. Conversation recording is a paid premium feature and strictly opt-in. Access to our Voice Message repositories is limited to a small group of staff members. All access is logged.

I think it has potential to change the communication paradigm to enable us to talk to each other as if we are in the same room anytime

This intergeated in an app like Slack would be sweet. But stand alone it works well

Pros:

Fun to use and voice/sound is surprisingly good. Beats having to message if I want to talk in real time.

Cons:

Slight learning curve when using first couple times. But thats normal I guess

Very slow speed to load audio messages here in China.

Giving it a spin now. You do need to look at ASO though. Typing switchboard in appstore does not show up the app, had to search through Synervoz.

We have use switchboard for a month to see if it could be implemented on logistics, so far so good. Would recommend .

Pros:

Loud and clear, hands off the phone, good for teams

Cons:

Getting the whole team onboard ! Android implementation not there yet, far better on iOS

It's that kind of idea which makes us think, isn't this product already there in the market! Great job guys. Totally useful (for the intended audience). Do you have broadcast option too? For e.g., in a construction site, I would like to update all my colleagues on the 3rd floor!
