Synclify - The agent that runs your Instagram

by•
Synclify puts your whole Instagram in one place: content, DMs, brand deals, invoices, analytics, ads, competitors. You ask, the assistant does it, and it checks with you before it changes anything. It never shows you a number it can't back up. Every figure shows where it came from, and if something wasn't measured, it says so instead of showing you a zero. Built for creators, brands and agencies. Each account gets its own workspace, and clients can sign off on a post before it goes out.

Hey Product Hunt, I'm Apoorv. I've run Wizarding Media, a creator agency in Mumbai, for six years, and we've worked with more than 120 clients in that time. The Instagram side of every account was scattered: content in one place, DMs in another, brand deals and invoices somewhere else again. Synclify puts all of it in one place. You type what you want ("plan my week", "how did last month go", "which invoices are still unpaid") and the assistant does it. It checks with you before it changes anything. The part I care about most is that it never shows you a number it can't back up. Every figure tells you where it came from. If something wasn't measured, it says so instead of showing you a zero. If you run more than one account, each one gets its own workspace, and a client can sign off on a post before it goes out. It's on the web and on iPhone. I'm here all day, so ask me anything, and tell me what's missing.

IMO the idea that it tells you when something wasn't measured instead of showing a zero is nice. Curious how does it decide when to check with you before making a change?

Thanks! That rule came from watching creators cross-check their dashboards against Instagram. One wrong number and they stop trusting the rest.

On confirmations: the AI doesn't decide. Every action has a risk level set in code, and the model can't talk its way past it.

Anything that leaves your workspace or reaches another person asks first: sending an invoice or a DM, replying to a comment, scheduling a post, spending on ads. For the ones you can't take back, like deleting a post, the card shows exactly what will happen before you say yes.

Small things inside your workspace just happen, like drafting a caption, adding a note or putting something on the calendar. Each one comes with an exact undo. If we asked for every draft, people would stop reading the prompts.

Anything new that we haven't classified yet asks by default.
