@vriparbelli Victor, the ability to upload own audio appears not to be available in the plan I just signed up for (30 euro a month). How much is the corporate plan (which the system indicates I need to do upload audio) - I can't see anywhere to upgrade or what the cost is?

That's seriously awesome. 2 questions... 1- What does pricing look like? I generally avoid products that don't display pricing of some sort. Only because most of the time there's a bit of a catch. 2- I saw that you said you're working on uploading your own voice. How close are things to being able to do this with your own person? For instance, I do courses and it would be nice to have my team able to create some of those for me potentially. Not sure what that looks like on our end, but it's seriously cool!

1) The basic account that gives you up to 10 videos / month costs currently while in beta only $30 / month. @synthesia @jmarovt I agree with jeff on pricing. I have subscribed to beta version thinking I can get access to all features ,limited by number of videos. But then there are restrictions on uploading own voice,translation and using own avatar. I understand that these might cost high and hence the restriction,but then things can be more clear.

@jmarovt I have been following the trends with descript/lyrebird,synthesia since quite some time, so I'm sure it's not a mislead. But a clear picture on pricing makes it easier for people instead of contacting support for all the extra stuff. For now I cannot get it to work. I have signed up for the $30 Personal account, but anytime I create a simple video and try to save it I get an undefined "something went wrong" error. I have already reported it and am looking yet to see whether I can get beyond this frustrating point. Video: https://share.vidyard.com/watch/...?

@steffen_tjerrild I have now done several tests and can tell you precisely what is causing that error. The commands for pauses like this one . If I eliminate all of them, the audio voice over sucks but I can process and get a video. P.S.: Do these test videos count toward my monthly quota if I delete them without downloading them?

@steffen_tjerrild @jmarovt Yes! It has. Looks like things are working now. Will be testing more and will report. P.S.: One thing not clear: how do you count the videos toward the quota. Is the count based on which ones I download or just on how many videos I create? I ask this because I have created many test videos and would probably need to do more before I feel confident in producing one to be published. How does this work?

You should offer the ability to define the way the actor ends the sentence...(smiling, questioning, intonation up/down) - this would add a huge realism to the end result as it can sometimes feel a bit flat otherwise

@robingood Thank you. Yeah that was a problem, that's why I ended up speeding the whole video. I made 2 videos (46 and 55 secs long) and edited on camtasia, I guess I need 2 more videos to explain the features without sacrificing time.
