how do I disable the voice chat on the website? and how do I access the settings on the website?

I've been having an issue with the website and I don't know how to fix it, basically it was working fine but then I type out a reply and sent it and it only stayed for a split second before disappearing. I've done everything but still have this recurring issue with all chat's I start on the website. is there a way to fix's this?
