I've been using TalkTastic for a few weeks now, and it's really improved my efficiency in responding to emails and a number of other tasks that I dread doing because I just don't like typing them out and thinking through the right wording. It's helps me do that and come up with the right style and verbiage for the situation!

one other thing, if your message was sent via TalkTastic it might be that you need to update the software. We had a bug that auto-pasted x2. We found and fixed it!
