I've been using TalkTastic for a few weeks now, and it's really improved my efficiency in responding to emails and a number of other tasks that I dread doing because I just don't like typing them out and thinking through the right wording. It's helps me do that and come up with the right style and verbiage for the situation!

@sofia_silchenko one other thing, if your message was sent via TalkTastic it might be that you need to update the software. We had a bug that auto-pasted x2. We found and fixed it!
