I tried several PKM tools before I landed on Tana, little did I know it was so much more than that. As the weeks have passed I've discovered so many features I never even imagined were possible and gradually realized this is more than a note taker or a database, it's a full sense making environment that I can use to elevate everything I do. In the four months I've been using it, I've been able to cancel several other subscriptions by reproducing their functions in Tana, and in a way that makes better sense for my brain. You can't know what a difference that makes until you see for yourself. So grateful I found Tana. Thanks to the team for an incredible tool!!

I’ve been using Tana since early beta and I’ve fallen hard for it since day one. Out of the box, you have a minimalist writing experience, but behind the surface there’s where the real magic lives. You can turn this minimalistic experience into a smart and interconnected web of knowledge. You can tag anything as everything. Have it resurface as a todo, have it populate your PKM graph, have it for organising your netwerk etc. It’s reliable. Very fast with (weekly) updates. You can keep it clean and simple, or… …make it as complex as you want. I use it to organise my mind, from managing inputs to synthesizing outputs, project management etc. Highly recommended!

It is a killer app for leverage your prductivity. No more notion, obsidian or logseq. It is AI native also. Just need more work on the mobile app and the export function. 9.5/10!

Tana has been a HUGE game-changer for me personally and for our company altogether! Many employees are constantly amazed how it can serve as much as knowledge hub, CRM, note assistant, and can really bridge all the departments together with unified terminology, features, buggs, epics, marketing campaigns, products, targeted markets, personas, etc. It's simply amazing! I also convinced my wife who is doing her Master's degree to use it and she constantly reminds me how it has been a game changer for her!! Thank you so much to the team of Tana and I cannot overemphasize how much this product is a game changer!

I've been using Tana daily since late 2022. Grateful to have Tana by my side since then. It's a no-nonsense note taking tool. I had tried Roam and Obsidian but they required too much busy work to truly GTD. Tana is INCREDIBLY flexible and robust. Low floor. High Ceiling. I keep things in my workspace really simple but love knowing that when I need to build a system that requires nuance and complexity, it's there for me. Mad props to the team for building something wonderful.

Very impressive next generation in second brain / tools for thought. Register, associate, find and act on your thinking and anything that inspires you. I was able to get accepted in the early beta and experienced a huge leap forward, coming from Roam Research. Very impressive.

Honestly it's the best mix of note taking, calendar blocking, and task management that I've ever used. And I've tried them all. It's flexible, easy to learn the basics, and quite powerful once you get the hang of it. What they've done, being a small company and in beta is quite impressive.

Only been using Tana for a short while, but I’m blown away by the potential. It needs work to get the best from it, but doesn’t everything worthwhile? Delighted to see the product and the team here on PH, and let’s hope this is the start of something very, very big
