This saves a ton of time and effort, and it literally creates a step by step guide to show people how to do tasks. Yes!
Brian Shultz
@welly_mulia we're so happy! Let us know if we can help or if you have feedback!

This is fantastic. Any projected start for having a private, paid plan? I make a lot of SOPs but often these contain info we can't share publicly. If we could somehow limit visibility to documents to only individuals with company email addresses this would be a game changer to the point to where I would be willing to have a son so that I could name it after you. Or, "Tango" could be a good name. Whatever. We can get into the details later once this privacy issue gets sorted. All joking (...?) aside, this looks fantastic and I think it could save me a metric crudtonne of time. Great work!

Hey @brett_jones ! Private workflows is actually part of the current product! We even have a tango for how to do it: https://app.tango.us/app/workflo.... No need to name your children after us!!
Brett Jones
@orrybaram Thanks. I almost took the bait and replied to you that I couldn't see the workflow because I didn't have access...lol. So, this is very helpful - thank you, again. In a perfect world I'd like to be able to just share viewing access to anyone in the company signed in with a "@ourcompany.org" email address without sending a notification to all employees and then embed or link workflows into our staff website and/or app and then these workflows would just be there for anyone who needed them, similar to Google Docs. Although we could add workflows to Docs and then manage sharing without notifying everyone for every workflow that way, it seems like that would come at the cost of losing the super user-friendly and clean appearance of the original workflow when it was first created. I might not be explaining what I'm thinking of using this for very well...sorry. In any case, I really like Tango and can see a ton of utility in it. Thank you!

@brett_jones Im following you and this is a great idea. Can't think of a good reason why we couldn't do this in the future... stay tuned!
Orry Baram
@brett_jones Hey, my team just pointed out to me that I shared a private workflow with you and didn't even realize it (makes for a good joke though). Sorry, didn't mean to dunk on ya!! Hopefully you figured out how to do it by now, but in case you still need it: https://app.tango.us/app/workflo...

Really nice work. This will be a great compliment to Loom for on-boarding and client support. And it should really speed up our document creation too. Well done!!
Ken Babcock
@patrick_gaskin Thanks so much, Patrick! Loom is awesome for more open-ended dialogue, so we use it internally as well. But for tasks and process, Tango is a game-changer 😁

Joid
This is fantastic! Back in the day, I used now and then the app ScreenSteps for making how-to's. But then they decided to turn their business model upside down and made it a (ridiculous expensive) subscription based service. So then the fun was over with ScreenSteps. But this looks promising! It would be great though if it's possible to work also outside the browser. Are there any plans for this @ken_babcock ?
Brian Shultz
@ken_babcock @joid this is great feedback and is definitely something we are considering :)
