A big part of my job is to document no-code configurations for user training. I've always spent hours taking screenshots and editing all the files until I discovered this tool... Easy to use and straight forward, it saves a ton of time and creates a content I can rapidly use anywhere I want. Love this product.

I used Tango for the first time yesterday not expecting much, honestly....boy, was I WRONG! It's awesome!!!!!!!!! It makes my life so much easier as an onboarder and trainer. I have to create so How To's and it takes forever!! first i have to record or screencapture, then i have to write a script or write the steps, then I have to convert it to the right format (if needed). It takes forever! Tango was shocking intuitive, easy to use, and when I tell you it took less than 2 mins to create the workflow, I mean it! Tango is legit!!!!!

I've been looking to create SOP's for our Agency's processes and it's been a challenge. I've been able to get our entire team to literally "write out every step that they do" in a Google doc.
GREAT! Now what?
I sit there staring at hundreds of pages through Google Docs just wanting to tear my hair out because now I have to try and piece this together.
Everyone has different ways of explaining things, and not many included images.
This is probably one of the first products I've written a review about - but saw someone recommend it on Twitter and I couldn't wait to get my hands on it.
I did the first workflow and was TOTALLY hooked!
I feel 100% confident that I can now have a complete SOP setup for our Agency, within a reasonable amount of time...
But the most important part is that it will be consistent throughout every team member.
And I'm sure it won't too much effort to go through it and make some slight edits once they share their workflows with me.
