We've seen a few core use cases: - Best practice documentation for process-related tasks (e.g. "How to handle subscription billing issues") - Reverse shadowing for new hires to get feedback - Product release notes to keep internal teams apprised of changes - Customer-facing help docs on Zendesk/Intercom for self-serve issue resolution - Ad-hoc responses to questions on Slack (e.g. "How do we ...")
