I’ve just taken a brief look and found myself genuinely curious: what would you say is the key differentiation between this product and platforms like Airbnb or booking? Is the core innovation mainly centered around using AI for user understanding, information extraction, and qualification?

@tyler_tian From the outside, it feels less like a marketplace comparison and more like a workflow shift. Platforms like Airbnb or Booking surface options, but the differentiation here seems to be in understanding intent, constraints, and trade-offs then reasoning across them before showing results. The AI layer looks less about discovery and more about decision-making.

Congrats on the launch!! Does it capture real-time accurate data for flight costs and hotel deals?

Wow, TeamOut looks amazing! I love the AI copilot aspect - sounds like a massive time saver. How does the algorithm handle different team sizes to ensure the recommendations are always relevant?

We used it to organise a team retreat (12 people) in Colombia this was amazing!!

Many activities need to be tailored to the target audience and done within our capabilities. If we can't design something with AI, how can we handle it

Event planning is one of those workflows that looks simple on the surface but explodes into constraints the moment you start — budgets, availability, trade-offs, and constant changes.

The framing of “conversational planning instead of filters” makes a lot of sense. Filters break the moment reality shifts, but a system that can reason and adapt feels like the right abstraction for this problem.

Curious how TeamOut handles conflicting constraints from multiple stakeholders over time (e.g. budget vs location vs dates) — that’s usually where things get messy.
Congrats on getting this to market 🚀

This is brilliant—turning a multi-week email marathon into a 10-minute conversation is exactly what distributed teams needed. Love that the AI keeps context when you pivot from “beachfront villa” to “actually, give me mountain cabins with fiber internet” mid-thread. Quick ask: does the copilot surface visa/entry requirements and seasonal weather averages alongside venue recs? That would save yet another spreadsheet! Either way, congrats on shipping the lovable of event planning—can’t wait to stress-test it with our next offsite. 🔥

Congrats on the launch! Looks like a great build.

Currently building a travel tech app for group trip management - happy to connect at sometime. Would be great to hear more about your offering and potentially a partnership down the line.

Team building has always felt forced to me, but this approach seems more natural. I like that it focuses on actual interests rather than generic icebreakers. How does it handle remote teams across different time zones?
