@jamie_ross if convenience was a fad and if that was the whole offering I might understand where you’re coming from. Tempo's main offering is democratizing the guidance, motivation, and accountability that makes personal training effective, but which most Americans can't afford.

@taylormajewski Tempo has built-in 3D sensors that track your form and count your reps as you workout and giving you personalized guidance when you need it. Mirror does not. Tempo tracks your strength by monitoring your form, reps, and weights being used as you exercise giving you accurate metrics. Mirror does not. So it would say you burned 500 calories while you sit on the couch because it doesn't track you. Tempo also comes with all the weights, dumbells and barbell required for most strength and HIIT classes, Mirror does not., you have to buy your own. https://tempo.fit/technology

@gabrieltomescu Great question. The standard package includes upto 45lbs on each dumbell and upto 100lbs on the barbell. For interval training this should be more than enough. The beauty of Tempo is that you can always get more weights as you progress. Our barbell and dumbells have standard 28.5MM diameter which means you can use standard weight plates. This means you can load the dumbells with upto 100lbs and the barbell with more than 300+ pound.
