Started using this product in Aug17. By Oct17 stopped functioning. Unable to collect, download data, export, etc. Pretty UX interface just doesn't work for actual use at its core. Contacted customer support in Oct17 still not functioning in Jan2018... but they are still charging my card even after cancel subscription in Oct17.

Support: Avoid "AMY" - very unprofessional. If you want a down and out argument with a stranger then AMY is your girl! #Human #Support #Unpleasant

Pros:

pretty UX interface

Cons:

Doesn't actually work. Functional disabled and cannot complete the tasks that it advertises that it can do = False advertising all around.

Can't wait to try this. Always wanted to fine-tune my daily timesheet based on RescueTime data. This looks like just that.
me and you both! That's how this whole thing started, because it was so frustrating for me to see "12 minutes spend in word today" from rescuetime when I knew it had so much more info.
Can't wait to test it! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Very nice! Looking forward to geeking out (even more) over how I spend my days :) Timely once again very on point in finding the collision between slick visual aesthetic and usefulness - love it.
Added to waitlist - when will you be unlocking the gates?
added two batches thus far today. Shouldn't be long – I'll make sure you get included in the next one :)
invite sent!
Been testing this and it works really well, can't see what you guys have in store in terms of making Timely even better! 🕰
I. Want. This.
Well done. Seems quite intuitive at first sight.
I'm giving this a go. Love what RescueTime has done to my awareness at work. I'm a big user of Wunderlist, Trello and Jira as well (all from macOS). Given that detail, what do you think the ideal workflow or interaction with Timely is on a day-to-day basis looks like ?
Flipping love everything you touch Mathias
you're too kind! 😍
