Wonderful design, it instantly makes you think about how you want to plan your life in a way no other software has (so easily) before. Thanks! One question I have for the ?makers is how to manage a task that is in my weekly column, and then wish to assign it to a particular day this week. Do you just have duplicate tasks, one in the weekly view and one on the day you want to do it on, then mark them both off as complete once done?
@chrisdahl Thanks for the kind words, Chris!
Different users have different patterns of using horizon columns.
Some see the larger goal and formulate today's goal with them in mind.
Some simply drag the goal from the week column to the day column. It's more like a kanban workflow.
And some people use horizons as a diary in fact. How the week went. How the day or month went. So it's more like a tool for reflection.

A fantastic app. Serious gains on productivity, clarity in mind. Hope the developers continue to work on the app and make it robust but not make it complex.
@s_deshmukh Thank you Shantanu! Now we are very energized, thanks to such positive user feedback!
Here's what's planned for 2021:
â Mobile apps
â Boards sharing and collaboration
â Productivity templates
â Color coding
â Media embedding
â PRO Climbs with rich content
â User-generated Climbs
â And more...

@andrew_maykov Awesome. Thank you, Andrew.
Sharing a personal wish list. More than Climbs I am looking forward to:
- Search functionality
- See custom boards in mobile view.
- Add dates to the tasks. Currently, moving tasks from day x to day y creates friction
- Being able to hide the sidebar; simple one, but being able to "view" the entire horizon" is critical.
- Tags: multi-selection via search bar.
- Being able to journal and then zoom out at entire life level just to see events every week via simple hovering. [reference: "Your life in weeks" by Wait but Why and digital versions of that concept prepared by various developers].

What are the limitations on the free plan please? I don't see this anywhere on the page. Most apps usually have a page comparing plans and what is included and excluded.
Thanks
@stefan_ketola Hey Stefan. Yes, right now the service lacks a comparison table and detailed information about the free and paid versions. We will add a Plan comparison table in the first week of January.
In the free version there will be a limit on adding goals for each period. The free version will also include 5 custom boards, with an unlimited number of columns. And 2 Climbs can be included at the same time. But we are still in the process of figuring out what the best plan structure might be

I literally made an anxiety attack with your product. But congrats for the (re)lauch đ
@_entropea Oh. We're sorry to hear that :-(
We don't want to cause that effect at all.
Yes, our onboarding has this existential concept of looking at life. But we don't want to cause panic or despair for sure.
Friendly and clean product. However, the price plan is not super clear to me, and $19.99 is too much for a planner. You can build the same in Paper (dropbox) or Notion, Todoist, Trello, etc. So, for now, it is overpriced.
In my opinion ?makers you should offer free and pro versions with extra functionalities.
@imishanin Thanx for your feedback. As a long-term planning service, our main focus is on the annual subscription for now. Its cost is comparable to most competitors (about $5 a month).
We're also giving away a lot of discounts and promo codes for our early adopters right now. And also thinking about the option of a lifetime purchase and student discounts
Looks extremely promising. Can't wait to try it out.
One suggestion - as the product revolves around goals and long term progress, it would be nice if you could add an option for something like a counter besides a "task"-like option. For example - for a goal to read 4 books in a year you would, for example, add a "read 1 book" goal each quarter. It would be useful to see a tally of how many you have left when looking at the yearly goal (even if you changed it manually, which could actually be very satisfying).
